Methylcobalamin is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B12 that is ready for absorption without the need for conversion by the body.
How to use
For children aged 4-10, 1 spray or 3 drops by spraying/dropping under the tongue; For individuals aged 11 and over, it is recommended to consume 1 spray (3 drops) 3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach, by spraying / dripping under the tongue for about 45 seconds and then consuming the remaining portion.
